Mark P. McKenney practices in the area of workers’ compensation law, primarily on behalf of the Rhode Island employers, both insured and self-insured. Mr. McKenney was actively involved in the legislative reforms of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act. He is a frequent speaker to groups of business and insurance professionals, and attorneys.
